SHIPPING INFORMATION

1. Free standard shipping worldwide!!

*NOTE: If you are unsure if express packages are available in your area, please contact us at service@herculesfishing.com*

2. We ship from US/EU or China warehouse depending on your destination country and the item's stock.

3. Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct before payment. Residential unit or apartment numbers are usually forgotten. Due to the high probability of a mailbox being lost, please use your home or company address if possible.

4. If you selected free shipping, please allow plenty of time to use the free shipping option if you need your order for events on a specific date.

5. Orders are usually processed within one business day of receipt of payment on our site. Some custom orders take 1-2 weeks to process.

6. The tracking link for your shipment will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

7. You can cancel your order before we ship your order.

8. If the package is delayed by the carriers, please contact us first and we will take immediate action.

9. To save you money, we ship your goods in the form of ordinary packages. However, we cannot guarantee that there will be no customs duties. If there are any, you will have to pay for them yourself. We ask for your understanding.

10. Sales and Use Tax

We are required by law to collect Sales Tax in the State of California. You will see the Sales Tax applied to your order once you confirm your shipping details and proceed to checkout.

Sales Tax is calculated on the net total merchandise value after all applicable discounts have been applied. Total taxes may also include taxes charged on the delivery and shipping fees (if taxable in your state). Sales Tax charged on your order will be displayed at the checkout stage.

In case of returns and/or refunds, the appropriate Sales Tax will also be refunded.

 

    NOTICE:

• We do not ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

• Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances beyond our control such as B. Flight arrangements, customs controls, weather conditions, and other external factors. We will do our best to notify you of any unexpected delays.

• Free shipping does not guarantee delivery time and may cause delays due to customs clearance, especially on holidays.

Delays in delivery of orders due to COVID-19.

We experienced a significant increase in online orders and were operating at maximum capacity to ensure we process and deliver orders safely. However, our local delivery partners such as USPS are experiencing unprecedented volume increases and limited employee availability due to the impacts of COVID-19. We expect there will be a delay of 3 to 5 days in the delivery of your orders. We thank you for your patience and understanding.

 

The estimated arrival time

1. If the recipient is in the EU/US/GB and the EU/US/GB warehouse has the items in stock, we will ship the order from the local warehouse, the estimated delivery time is 3-6 business days.

2. If not, we will ship it from the warehouse in China. The estimated arrival time is as follows:

Processing time:  Due to our numerous orders every day, we need 1-5 business days to prepare your order. We need time to prepare the orders before shipping, carry out strict quality checks and pack them carefully. This is independent of the delivery time.

(Total delivery time = 1–5 Business days processing time + Shipping time)
